چکیده
اصولا وقتی اقتصاد دانی دربارة بازارهای کارآمد سخن می‎گوید، بی‎گمان چارچوب نهادی خاصی را مسلم فرض کرده است که کارآئی را تامین کند. حال پرسش این است که این چارچوب چیست ؟ و چگونه می‎توان آن را محقق کرد ؟ این مطالعه، کوششی است برای تبیین ساختار نهادی بازارهای کارآمـد تـا از آن طریـق بتوان به تشکیل بازارهای کارآمد در ایران کمک کرد. چارچوب تحلیل،‌دیدگاه نهادگرایان جدیـد است کهدر آن تشکیل و تغییر سازمانها و نهادها و نظم, درونزا تلقی می‎شوند. از این رو ضمن مفروض گرفتن  موقعیتفیزیکی, به بررسی این موضوع می‎پردازیم که در چه ساختار نهادی، هزینه‎های معاملاتی کاهش می‎یابد و افرادانجام فعالیتهای مولد را در راستای حداکثرسازی منافع ادراک شده خود می‎دانند.

چکیده English

Generally, special institutional frameworks are given in economic analysis. The question, however, is that what this framework is and how it can be achieved. This study is an effort to explain the institutional structure of the efficient markets through which the formation of Iranian efficient markets can be facilitated.
The analysis method employed in this research is that of the new- institutionalist approach, in which the formation and change of organizations and institutions are considered endogenous. Hence presupposing the physical situation it is investigated that which institutional structure decreases the transaction costs and maximizes individual interests
