چکیده
درآمدهای حاصل از صادرات نفت نقش مهمی در اقتصاد اغلب کشورهای صادر کننده نفت دارد. بنابراین نوسانات درآمد نفت در بروز عدم تعادل و حتی بحران اقتصادی در این کشورها نقش اساسی داشته است. در تحقیق حاضر، به بررسی اثرات نوسانات درآمد نفت بر مصرف حامل‌های انرژی در کشورهای عضو اوپک پرداخته شده است. در این تحقیق پس از برآورد و استخراج نوسانات درآمد نفت با استفاده از مدل EGARCH از روش گشتاورهای تعمیم‌یافته پویای داده‌های تابلویی طی دوره زمانی 1998 تا 2013 و نرم‌افزار stata12 برای تحلیل اثر این نوسانات بر مصرف حامل‌های انرژی استفاده شده است. سپس به بررسی تقارن یا عدم تقارن نوسانات درآمدهای نفتی در کشورهای عضو اوپک بر مصرف نفت، گاز و برق بر اساس روش واریانس شرطی (GJR) پرداخته شده است. در مدل نوسانات درآمد نفت بر مصرف نفت خام، این نوسانات به جز کشورهای الجزایر، ایران، لیبی، امارات و ونزوئلا در سایر کشورها متقارن بوده است. اثرگذاری بیشتر شوک منفی در کشورهایی که شوک‌ها نامتقارن بوده است، یکی دیگر از نتایج این تحقیق بوده است.

Oil prices and export revenues have an important role in exporting countries. A fluctuation in oil prices leads to imbalances and economic crisis in these countries. In this study, we analyze the effects of oil price fluctuations in the energy consumption of OPEC countries for the period 1998 to 2013. For this purpose, the panel data and generalized method of moments (GMM) is used. In this study, using EGARCH model, estimated the effect of fluctuations in oil revenues on three sub-energy, including oil, gas and electricity consumption. Then, analysis is continued on the symmetry or asymmetry effects of oil revenue by GJR model. Results show that fluctuations had different effects in this country. As in oil revenue fluctuations model on crude oil consumption, this fluctuations effects, except, the Algeria, Iran, Libya, United Arab Emirates and Venezuela in other countries were symmetrical. The other result shows that in country with asymmetric fluctuations, the negative oil price shock has larger impact.
