بررسی و تحلیل رابطه میان نابرابری درآمدی و نرخ انواع جرم در ایران

چکیده

بر مبنای مطالعات نظری و تجربی انجام شده در حوزه اقتصاد جرم، نابرابری درآمدی یکی از عوامل مؤثر بر جرم است. در این مقاله رابطه میان نابرابری درآمدی و سایر عوامل مانند فقر، جمعیت جوان تراکم جمعیت با جرائم قتل عمد، خشونت و سرقت وسایل نقلیه با استفاده از الگوی داده‌های تلفیقی( ترکیب داده‌های مقطعی - سری زمانی) در سطح استان‌های کشور مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد. نتایج حاصل از تخمین مدل‌های جرم رابطه مستقیم میان نابرابری درآمدی و جرائم قتل عمد و سرقت وسایل نقلیه را با ضرایب (084/0) و (332/1) تصدیق می‌کند. این یافته نشان می‌دهد اولاً، بالا بودن نابرابری درآمدی منجر به جرم بیشتر در سطح استان‌های کشور شده است. ثانیاً، نابرابری درآمدی اثر قوی‌تری بر جرم سرقت نسبت به قتل عمد دارد. در میان مدل‌های تخمینی اثر مثبت و معنی‌دار فقر نیز بر جرم خشونت با ضریب (034/0) تأیید می‌شود، یعنی گسترش فقر، نرخ ارتکاب جرم خشونت شامل قتل غیرعمد، تظاهر به چاقوکشی و اجبار را در سطح استان‌های کشور تحت تأثیر قرار داده است. علاوه بر آن اثر مثبت و معنی‌دار تراکم جمعیت با ضریب (381/3) بر جرم سرقت، درصد جمعیت (19-15) سال با ضرایب (35/0) و (858/5) بر جرائم قتل عمد و سرقت و درصد جمعیت (24-20) سال با ضرایب (239/0) و (736/1) بر جرائم قتل عمد و خشونت تأیید می‌شود که این یافته بیانگر اثر خصوصیات جمعیتی بر نرخ جرم است. نتایج این مقاله تببین کننده سیاست‌هایی است که در مبارزه با جرم در ایران می‌تواند به کار گرفته شود.

Analysis of the Relationship between the Income Inequality and the Crimes Rate in Iran

چکیده English

Based on experimental and theoretical studies in the field of crime economy, income inequality is one of the effective factors on crime. This paper investigates the relation between income inequality and other economic factors by panel data among the provinces all-over the country. According to crimes models, there is direct relation between income inequality and murder or vehicle theft with coefficients of 0.084, 1.332. Among the estimated models, there appears a positive and robust relation between poverty and violence with coefficient of 0.034. Moreover, the positive and meaningful effect of population density is approved by coefficient of 3.381 for theft, percentage of population aged (15 - 19) by coefficients .35, and 5.858 on murder and theft and the percentage of population aged (20-24) with coefficients of .239 and 1.736 on murder and violence. The gained results provide the policies that could help to fighting the crime in Iran.
