چکیده
هدف این مطالعه ارزیابی نقش عوامل نیروی کار، موجودی سرمایه فیزیکی، انباشت سرمایه R&D داخلی، انباشت سرمایه R&D خارجی، (از طریق تجارت خارجی) و سرمایه انسانی بر روی رشد اقتصادی ایران می باشد.
نظریه های اخیر رشد اقتصادی، بطور مرسوم جهت گیریهای ابداع، را در واکنش به انگیزه های اقتصادی، به عنوان موتور اصلی پیشرفت تکنولوژیکی و رشد اقتصادی می دانند. با این دید، ابداع از یک طرف به دانش ناشی از فعالیتهای R&D بستگی دارد و در طرف دیگر ابداع به انباشت دانش کمک می کند. در نتیجه سطح بهره وری و تولید یک اقتصاد به فعالیتهای انباشته شده R&D و انباشت دانش موثر و ارتباط آن دو بستگی دارد.
هزینه های R&D انباشته شده داخلی را به صورت تقریبی، برای انباشت سرمایه R&D داخلی و انباشت سرمایه R&D خارجی را، به صورت جمع وزنی واردات ضربدر انباشت سرمایه R&D شرکای تجاری در نظر می گیریم. معادله تولید را، بوسیله بکارگیری متدولوژی همگرائی یوهانسن با استفاده از مجموعه سریهای زمانی، طی دوره 1347-1378 تخمین می زنیم. شرکای تجاری مورد مطالعه شامل 21 کشور عضو OECD و امارات متحده عربی می باشد.
نتایج دلالت می کند که نیروی کار، انباشت سرمایه فیزیکی، انباشت سرمایه R&D داخلی، انباشت سرمایه R&D خارجی و سرمایه انسانی اثر مهمی بر روی رشد اقتصادی دارد. همچنین نتایج تخمین، پیشنهاد می کند که اثر انباشت سرمایه R&D خارجی قویتر از انباشت سرمایه R&D داخلی بر روی تولید است. در ضمن ضرایب تخمینی متغیر اثر متقابل تجارت، با انباشت سرمایه R&D خارجی بر روی تولید، مثبت است

The aim of this study is to assess the rule of Labor. Physical capital, domestic R&D expenditures and foreign R&D expenditures (through the foreign trade) and ft, resources on output in Iran. Recent theories of economic growth treat commercially oriented innovation in response to economic incentives as the main engine of the technological progress and Economic growth. In this view, innovation feeds on knowledge resulting from increasing research and development (R&D) experience en the one hand, and it contributes to this stock of knowledge, on the other. Consequently, an economy's level of productivity depends on its increasing R&D efforts and on as effective accumulation of knowledge, with the two being interrelated Therefore, in this study we consider domestic R&D expenditure as a proxy for the R&D capital stock and construct a foreign R&D capital stock as the import-weighted sets of the trade partners of R&D capital stock. We apply Johansen co-integration methodology in the estimates during the period between 1347-1378. The trade partners of Iran in this study consist of 21 OECD countries and United Arab Emirates. The findings show that Labor, Physical capital, domestic and foreign R&D capital stock and !Wman resources have importanteffects on economic growth Out estimates suggest that the effect of foreign Rkl) capital stock is stronger than that ot domestic R&D capital stock nn COMITIk growth. Also our estimates show that the coefficient of mutual effect of trade and human resourvcs with tide rartarrs' It& 0 capital stock on economic growth is positive.
