چکیده

کار، اشتغال و تولید داراى سه بعد فلسفى، جامعه‏شناختى و اقتصادى مى‏باشد، ترتب بین این ابعاد منطقى است. از این رو بعد فلسفى، زیربناى جامعه‏شناختى و جامعه شناختى آن زیرساز بحث اقتصادى آن به حساب مى‏آید. آنگاه که فرهنگ کار و تولید در روابط اجتماعى سامان مى‏یابد، زمینه طبیعى تأثیرگذارى دولت و مشارکت بخش خصوصى و سرمایه‏گذارى فراهم و در نتیجه شرایط راهبردهاى اشتغال و تولید تحقق عینى مى‏یابد.

چکیده [English]

labor. employment and production have three philosophical, sociological and economic dimensions. Their respective order here is a logical one. Thus, the philosophical aspect forms the basis of the sociological one which in turn forms that of the economic aspect. When the culture of labor and production prevails in social relations, the natural background for the effective role of the public and private sector participanon and investment is facilitated and as a result, the conditions for employment and production strategies arc fulfilled.
