چکیده

هدف این پژوهش تجزیه و تحلیل زنجیره‌های تولیدی و خوشه‌های صنعتی با استفاده از شاخص‌های مزیت نسبی، اثر رقابتی و اثر تجمعی با روش‌شناسی تئوری رشد منطقه‌ای است. به این منظور آمار شاغلان کارگاه‌های صنعتی در سطح استان خوزستان در سال‌های 1381 و 1383 جمع‌آوری و پتانسیل‌یابی خوشه‌های صنعتی مورد بررسی قرارگرفته است. در مجموع نتایج بدست آمده از این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که صنعت پاک کردن، درجه‌بندی و بسته‌بندی خرما یک خوشه صنعتی مهم در استان (به ویژه در شهرستان شادگان) محسوب می‌شود. همچنین با استفاده از این روش‌شناسی مشخص گردید که صنعت تولید آجر، تولید محصولات پلاستیکی و ریخته‌گری آهن و فولاد می‌توانند کاندیدای خوشه صنعتی در شهرستان اهواز باشند. در ضمن با توجه به اینکه خوشه‌های صنعتی در مورد صنایعی است که در مقیاس‌های کوچک و متوسط محصولات همگنی را تولید می‌کنند و در ارتباط با واحدهای خصوصی می‌باشند، در نتیجه مبحث خوشه‌های صنعتی با صنایع فرآیندی عظیم همچون پتروشیمی و صنایع فولاد سنخیت ندارد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this research is to analyze the production chains and industrial clusters using comparative advantage criteria, competitive effect and cumulative effect by applying the methodology of regional growth theory. For this idea, we collected the industrial workshops statistics in the province of Khuzestan in 2002 and 2004 and potential existence of industrial clusters has been observed. On the whole, the results show that the cleaning, grading and packing processes in the case of dates are considered which is a main industrial cluster in the province (specially in Shadegan). Using this methodology, results show that the brick production, plastic products and forging iron and steel can be candidates for industrial clusters in Ahvaz. Also noting that industrial clusters are related to industries which produce homogeneous products in small and medium scales, and are related to private sector. Moreover, the result indicates that the industrial clusters characteristics do not suit with the huge processing such as steel and petrochemical industries.
