شکست ساختاری، مصرف برق و رشد اقتصادی ایران (1384 - 1346)

چکیده
    تولید، اعم از تولید صنعتی و کشاورزی، بدون وجود شبکه‌های زیربنایی اقتصادی امکان‌پذیر نیست. نیروی برق با توجه به تغییرات پدید آمده در صنایع و تبدیل نیروی محرکه مکانیکی به الکتریکی، پیدایش موتورهای برقی و گسترش ابزارهای ماشینی، نقش بسیار مهمی در توسعه صنعتی کشورها ایفا می‌کند. گسترش مصرف سرانه برق در سطح کشور نیز نشان‌دهنده این است که رشد و توسعة‌ اقتصادی و رفاه اجتماعی در کشور از رشد خوبی برخوردار بوده است.
    رابطه بین مصرف برق و رشد اقتصادی در صورت وجود یا عدم وجود شکست‌های ساختاری و تغییرات رژیمی تغییر کند، لذا توجه به وجود شکست ساختاری و تغییرات رژیمی در بررسی‌های تجربی امری مهم و ضروری بوده و عدم توجه به آن ممکن است به نتایج غیر قابل اتکاء و گمراه کننده‌ای منتهی گردد.
    در این مقاله تلاش شده‌است با استفاده از داده‌های سری ‌زمانی سالانه اقتصاد ایران طی دوره (1384 - 1346) رابطه بین مصرف برق و رشد اقتصادی با تأکید بر شکست ساختاری مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. در این راستا، از آزمون‌های ریشه واحد زیوت - اندریوز برای تعیین تغییرات ساختاری به شکل درونزا و همچنین از آزمون همجمعی‌ گریگوری ‌- هانسن جهت بررسی رابطه بلند مدت بین مصرف برق و رشد اقتصادی با تأکید بر شکست ساختاری استفاده شده است. نتایج بدست آمده از تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که با در نظر گرفتن شکست ساختاری، رابطه بلند مدت مثبت بین مصرف برق و رشد اقتصادی ایران وجود دارد.

چکیده English

The electricity power plays an important role in economic activities, industrialization. The improvement in electricity consumption per capita indicates that economic growth, development and social welfare utilized stable growth in economy.
According to new econometrics topics, existence of structural breaks and regime shifts can affect the results of macroeconomics variables relationships and neglect of such factor may lead to an unreliable and misleading findings. Therefore, considering structural breaks and regime shifts in examination of the empirical relationship between electricity consumption and economic growth is a necessity.
In this paper an attempt has been made to study the relationship between electricity consumption and economic growth with an emphasis on structural breaks over the period of 1967 to 2005. To achieve this, Zivot & Andrews unit root test is performed to determine the structural shifts endogenously. Also, Gregory-Hansen co-integration test is carried out to study the long-run relationship between electricity consumption and economic growth with an emphasis on structural breaks. The findings suggest that given the structural break, there is a positive long-run relationship between electricity consumption and economic growth
