In this article while reviewing on the theoretical principals of endogenous growth models, the impact of human capital, research and development (R&D), information and communication technology (ICT) and export on economic growth, and total factor productivity (TFP) are studied. In this regard, the three sectors of production for steel, aluminum and copper in the period of 1373-1385 has been reviewed and while making an estimation of physical capital, effort
has been made to estimate the production function and calculation of the total factor productivity(TFP). It is noted that the elasticity of physical capital is the greatest factor and the elasticity of R& D and ICT is the smallest. The elasticity of export and human capital is insignificant. The growth rate of total factor productivity (TFP) of the three studied sectors follows a similar trend. The trend is positive for the years 1375, 1379, 1383 and 1385 and negative for the remaining years.
