چکیده

در ادبیات اقتصاد کلان تأثیر بدهی‌های عمومی دولت بر رشد اقتصادی از دیدگاه‌های مختلفی موردبررسی قرارگرفته و در سال‌های اخیر از نقطه نظر تجربی نیز نحوه ارتباط بین این دو متغیر مورد توجه پژوهشگران واقع شده است. ازاین‌رو هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر آستانه‌ای بدهی‌های عمومی دولت بر رشد اقتصادی 20 کشور منطقه خاورمیانه و شمال آفریقا طی دوره زمانی 2019-2000 می‌باشد. برای نیل به این هدف، مدل تجربی تحقیق با بهره‌گیری از الگوی رگرسیون انتقال ملایم در داده‌های تابلویی برآورد شده است. نتایج آزمون خطی بودن، قویاً وجود رابطه غیرخطی بین متغیرهای موردمطالعه را تأیید می‌کند. هم‌چنین لحاظ نمودن یک تابع انتقال با یک پارامتر آستانه‌ای که بیانگر یک مدل دو رژیمی است، برای تصریح رابطه غیرخطی میان متغیرهای موردبررسی کفایت می‌کند. بر اساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده حد آستانه‌ای برای کشورهای منطقه خاورمیانه و شمال آفریقا برابر 1/38 درصد و سرعت انتقال نیز 74/1 برآورد شده است. در کشورهای منطقه خاورمیانه و شمال آفریقا نسبت بدهی‌های عمومی دولت به تولید در نظام حدی اول تأثیر مثبت و در نظام حدی دوم تأثیر منفی بر رشد اقتصادی دارد. لذا درصورتی‌که نسبت بدهی‌های عمومی دولت به تولید از مقدار 1/38 درصد تجاوز کند، رشد اقتصادی کاهش‌یافته و اثر آستانه‌ای بدهی‌های عمومی دولت در کشورهای مورد بررسی تأیید می‌شود.

چکیده English

The achievement of high economic growth rates and stable including the important issues of each country. On the other hand, government debt and threshold effects (especially on economic growth) is also one of the basic problems of countries into account. Hence, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of general government debt ratio on economic growth in MENA counties during the period of 2000-2019. To conduct this review of panel data regression model a gentle transition (PSTR) has been used. The test results being linear, nonlinear relationship between strongly studied variables to verify it. Also in terms of the transfer of a function with a parameter of a threshold which represents a model of two nonlinear regime stipulated for the relationship among the variables with Adequacy Based on the results of a threshold for MENA countries, , in order to 38.1 also against the slope parameter 1.74 estimated. In MENA countries the first variable in the extent of the general government debt ratio positive affect and negative affect in the second part they have on economic growth.
