تأثیر همزمان حکمرانی خوب واجزای مخارج دولتی بر رشد اقتصادی در کشورهای حوزه منا

چکیده

چکیده:
هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر هم‌زمان حکمرانی خوب و اجزای مخارج دولتی بر رشد اقتصادی در کشورهای حوزه منا است. برای تخمین الگو از روش گشتاورهای تعمیم‌یافته(GMM) در دوره زمانی 2017-2002 استفاده‌شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهند که حکمرانی خوب (میانگین وزنی شش شاخص) و مخارج دولتی دارای تأثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری بر رشد اقتصادی هستند. تأثیر متغیرهای تولید ناخالص داخلی دوره گذشته و باز بودن تجارت بر رشد اقتصادی مثبت و معنی‌دار است. تأثیر متغیر مخارج امور اقتصادی و متغیر مخارج امور عمومی بر رشد اقتصادی منفی و معنی‌دار است. تأثیر متغیر مخارج اجتماعی(مخارج بهداشتی) بر رشد اقتصادی مثبت و معنی‌دار است . شاخص حکمرانی خوب که از ترکیب شش شاخص موجود به روش تحلیل مؤلفه‌های اصلی به‌دست‌آمده است، در یک االگوی دیگر تخمین زده‌شده است که نشان‌دهنده رابطه‌ی مثبت با تأثیر بیشتر بر رشد اقتصادی است.

چکیده English

Abstract: The purpose of the study is the simultaneous effect of good governance and governmental expenditures’ elements on economic growth in the MENA countries. To estimate the pattern, the generalized method of moment (GMM) was used from 2002 to 2017. The results show that good governance (weighted average of six indicators) and governmental expenditures have good and significant effect on economic growth. The effect of variables of gross national product (GNP) in the past times and opening of business is positive and significant on economic growth. The economic affairs and public affairs expenditures have negative and significant effect on economic growth. The effect of social expenditure variable is positive and significant on economic growth. Good governance index, which is derived from the combination of six existing indicators by main component analysis, is estimated in another model, which indicates a positive relationship with more impact on economic growth.
