In this paper, based on a combination of Matsuyama's symmetry breaking and Deardroffs multiple cone theories we test, and analyze the hypothesis of per capita income trends convergence in the Islaime countries of MENA region. Given that this region does not enjoy enough product diversity, it is predicted that region's per capita income feast settles at a panto-inferior-equilibenunt. In the mean time, influenced by globalization process the region's per capita income trend is converging within its own conc. The hypothesis test is conducted using the difference in difference model (DID). A prominent feature of this model is that it allows for the per capita income convergence in countries that have not undergone economic liberalization to be simultaneously compared with both the extent of convergence in the previous period and with the convergence in other countries of the region that have not embarked on economic reforms. <span>چالش همگرایی و واگرایی روند درآمد سرانه، یکی از چالش های مهم جهانی شدن است. در این مقاله بر اساس تلفیقی از نظریه عدول از تناسب ماتسویاما و نظریه مخروط های چندگانه دیردرف، فرضیه همگرایی روند درآمد سرانه کشورهای اسلامی منطقه خاورمیانه و آفریقای شمالی مورد آزمون و تجزیه و تحلیل قرار می گیرد. از آن جا که این منطقه از تنوع کافی محصول برخوردار نیست، پیش بینی می شود که سطح درآمد سرانه منطقه در تعادل سطح پایین پرتو قرار داشته باشد؛ ولی در عین حال روند درآمد سرانه آن تحت تاثیر فرایند جهانی شدن، در مخروط خاص خود همگرا باشد. آزمون فرضیه با الگوی «تقاوت در تفاوت ها» انجام می شود. ویژگی برجسته این الگو این است که اجازه می دهد میزان همگرایی درآمد سرانه کشورهایی که آزادسازی اقتصادی را تجربه نموده اند به طور همزمان، هم با میزان همگرایی مقطع پیشین و هم با کشورهای دیگر منطقه که به اصلاحات اقتصادی مبادرت ننموده اند مقایسه شود</span> https://economic.mofidu.ac.ir/article_47999_c54132b423e84e231137b096533d9c50.pdf
